๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

  • Follow up with dealers and distributors for timely payment collection as per credit terms.
  • Maintain daily records of outstanding payments and update the collection tracker.
  • Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for resolving payment-related queries.
  • Send reminders (calls/emails) to dealers/distributors regarding overdue payments.
  • Support in reconciliation of dealer/distributor accounts and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare periodic collection reports and share them with the concerned authorities.
  • Assist in managing and reducing the overdue outstanding by regular follow-ups.
