Handle outbound calls to follow up with delinquent customers
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets
Maintain detailed records of interactions, promises to pay (PTPs), and follow-ups
Skip trace and locate unreachable or absconding customers
Coordinate with the field team for hard bucket follow-ups or address verification
Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI guidelines
Provide timely inputs for updating customer contact details and system records
Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic Excel and system handling skills
Familiarity with skip tracing and customer behaviour analysis
Comfortable working in a target-oriented role
