Collection Executive

Role: - Telecollection Executive – Recovery Department: Collections & Recovery Location: Sector 125, Noida Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecollection Executive – Recovery to join our team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue payments. Follow up with customers for payment and resolve queries regarding bills and dues. Maintain daily records of calls, payments, and follow-ups in the system. Negotiate and finalize payment plans as per company policy. Escalate non-responsive or complex cases to senior team members or legal teams. Meet individual and team collection targets. Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines while dealing with customers. Maintain a courteous and professional tone at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. 1-2 years of experience in recovery, collections, or telecalling preferred. Good verbal communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Preferred Skills: Experience in banking, NBFC, telecom, or fintech recovery processes. Multilingual capabilities for regional customer communication. Familiarity with legal and recovery guidelines.
