Role of Shooting CoachThe Shooting Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar, responsible for the development and performance of student athletes in the sport of shooting. The coach plays a crucial role in nurturing talent, building discipline, and fostering a competitive yet supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement training programs for beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level shooters.Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on technique, accuracy, concentration, and safety.Monitor and evaluate student performance through structured assessments, performance tracking, and video analysis.Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help each student improve their skills.Prepare students for district, state, and national-level competitions, including registration support and pre-event preparation.Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of shooting equipment and safety gear.Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and mental resilience among student athletes.Collaborate with the Physical Education department and school faculty to align training with school schedules and policies.Maintain records of attendance, performance, and competition participation.Organize and assist in school-level shooting events, demonstrations, and awareness programs.The Shooting Coach serves not just as a trainer but also as a mentor and role model, contributing to the holistic development of students through sports.
