Co-Founder and Medical Director

As a Medical Director at TruVita Wellness, you will lead and oversee our clinical operations to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your role will involve providing strategic direction for clinical programs, ensuring quality assurance, supervising medical staff, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include guiding the clinical team, implementing quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with the executive team to align operations with the organization's vision, and supporting the professional growth of clinical staff through mentorship and education. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining clinical guidelines, ensuring the highest standard of patient care, and engaging with the community to promote health education initiatives. To qualify for this role, you must have a medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution, board certification in a relevant specialty, an active and unrestricted medical license, and a minimum of 5-10 years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. You should also have the ability to create a collaborative and patient-focused clinical environment.
