CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, or grinders. Interpret and understand blueprints, schematics, and CAD/CAM files. Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper alignment. Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Keep accurate records of production, tool changes, and maintenance activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work closely with engineers and quality control staff to resolve production issues. Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming (e.g., G-code). Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Good math skills and basic computer literacy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required. Working Conditions: Manufacturing or machine shop environment. May require standing for long periods, lifting materials, and exposure to noise or machinery.
