1) Oversee day-to-day soft services operations across multiple sites.
2) Able to handle a team.
3) Supervise site managers, supervisors, and ground staff to ensure effective team management and execution.
4) Conduct regular site audits and inspections to monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement.
5) Manage manpower planning, deployment, and rostering efficiently to ensure optimal resource utilization.
6) Coordinate with clients to address concerns, feedback, and escalations promptly.
