Bachelors degree in computerscience, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in cloud technologies, IT support, or technicalsupport roles. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud computing concepts (e.g., Azure Virtual Machines, storage,networking, and monitoring tools). Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), AzureNetworking, Azure Compute, and Azure Storage. Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for cloud infrastructureissues. Familiarity with PowerShell or Azure CLI is a plus. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with usersand provide clear, concise support. Ability to document incidents and resolutions in a detailed andorganized manner. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical andtroubleshooting skills. Team Player: Ability to collaborateeffectively within a team and communicate issues and solutions clearly. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification orsimilar certifications are a plus. What you'll do: Provide Technical Support: Serve as the first pointof contact for customers or internal users needing assistance with Azureservices, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and more. Incident Management: Monitor, log, andtroubleshoot incidents reported through service tickets, ensuring timelyresolution or proper escalation. Basic Troubleshooting: Use Azure portal, logs,and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve basic cloud infrastructure andservice-related issues. System Monitoring: Monitor the health of Azureservices, ensuring that systems are performing optimally. Assist in resolvingminor performance issues, errors, and service interruptions. Configuration Assistance: Assist in configuring Azure servicesand resources based on predefined templates and standards. Support Azure Security: Ensure that securitypolicies and procedures are followed, helping to identify potential securityincidents related to cloud infrastructure. Escalation to Higher Levels: When necessary, escalateissues to senior team members or Azure engineers for complex or unresolvedissues.
