TAM to strengthen the expertise around infrastructures in order to "Challenge" and "Facilitate" to maintain the level of expertise of our outsourcer at the highest level (support technical requests, performance and capacity, incidents, changes, participate in RCA analysis and production, support go lives, DRP tests...)
