Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a skilled Backend Developer with 3 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the systems that power our AI-driven recruitment platform. You will work closely with our team to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of our patented AI algorithms, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend systems and services that support our AI-driven recruitment platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and improvements.
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of backend systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience in backend development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
Understanding of machine learning concepts and AI algorithms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
