Clinical Nurse

Job Title: Home Care Nurse Location: Mohali, Punjab Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / On-Call Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with training may apply) Salary: Based on experience and qualifications ⸻ About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurses to provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in their homes in and around Mohali. You will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and supporting recovery plans in coordination with physicians and families. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care as per physician’s instructions and care plan • Monitor vital signs and overall health status • Administer injections, medications, and IV therapies • Assist with wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures • Educate patients and families on disease management and care practices • Maintain accurate patient records and daily activity logs • Ensure hygiene, comfort, and emotional support for the patient • Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals ⸻ Qualifications: • GNM / B.Sc Nursing or equivalent qualification • Valid nursing license/registration with Punjab Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council • Prior experience in home care, hospitals, or clinics preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and handle emergencies ⸻ Perks & Benefits: • Flexible working hours (full-time/part-time shifts available) • Travel allowance (where applicable) • Continuous training and upskilling opportunities • Supportive work environment with a focus on patient care Intersted can share their Cv’s sophia.sharma@cloudatomy.info Show more Show less
