Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling client inquiries. Daily tasks include communication with clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client requirements. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and managing client accounts efficiently.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to maintain and foster client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
