Client Servicing Executive

Looking for a customer support executive having an excellent Communication and Management Skills and who are dedicated to learn new things in Operations department and Supporting the Company for better Client Satisfaction.

Role & Responsibility:

Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in navigating our services, answering questions, and providing information.

Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve customer concerns and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure swift problem resolution.

Service Expertise:

Develop a solid understanding of our services to effectively assist customers. Stay informed about service updates, features, and best practices.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide feedback to improve customer support processes.

Skills & Requirement:

* Excellent Communication Skill

* Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.

* adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving service environment.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
