Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager at ZoomMantra Productions in Mumbai. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client services, analyzing data, and effective communication. The role involves overseeing day-to-day client interactions and providing exceptional service to enhance client relationships.
