Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Serve as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
Develop and execute
strategic account plans
to meet client goals and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure long-term retention
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to deliver seamless client experiences
Analyze account performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
Educate clients on new products, features, and best practices
Gather and relay client feedback to inform product and service improvements
Create reports and dashboards for business

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
24 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
A proactive mindset with a passion for building lasting client relationships
