Client Relationship Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Relationship Specialist – Inside Sales to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving conversions through consultative selling, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience. This is a target-driven role that blends client servicing with inside sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or video consultations to understand their requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized consultations and product/service recommendations.
• Drive revenue by converting leads into successful bookings or purchases.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to conversion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, inside sales, or telesales—preferably in beauty, health, wellness, or tech industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and pitch relevant services/products.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and sales software (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce).
• A positive, empathetic, and customer-first attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
