Client Engagement Executive

Codequery is a fast-growing IT solutions company specializing in innovative software products and services. We are committed to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to clients across sectors. We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Client Engagement Executive (CRM) to strengthen our customer interaction and relationship management team.

Role Overview:

As a Client Engagement Executive (CRM), you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, introducing them to our IT solutions, and ensuring a seamless client experience through effective communication and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective and current clients to introduce Codequery’s software solutions.
  • Maintain and update client information using CRM platforms.
  • Coordinate product demos, consultations, and follow-up communications.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate IT-related guidance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain a well-documented follow-up system.
  • Achieve and report on weekly engagement and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer engagement or inside sales in the IT/software domain.
  • Solid understanding of IT concepts, software products, and services.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confident, persuasive, and client-focused personality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in SaaS-based company/client handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple client conversations and maintain quality service.
  • Familiarity with lead nurturing and sales funnel processes.
