About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and energetic Client Servicing Executive who can ensure smooth communication and execution between our clients and internal teams. If you’re a people person who loves managing projects and relationships, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client briefs and coordinate with creative, design, and strategy teams
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of all client projects
• Handle feedback, revisions, and approval processes efficiently
• Build trust and rapport with clients through clear communication
• Prepare project timelines, reports, and updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of client servicing experience in Advertising / Creative / Media / Digital Marketing
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
