Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
Ensure that work is done safely, on time, and within budget.
Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.
Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct quality control checks and resolve any on-site technical issues.
Maintain accurate site records, including progress, incidents, and inspections.
Coordinate with surveying and planning teams to ensure correct alignment and levels.
Handle procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Attend site meetings and provide input on project progress and challenges
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction.
Sound knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,760.41 per month
