We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and execute residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the residential site, ensuring work is performed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards and codes. Planning & Scheduling: Assist in planning construction schedules, project timelines, and resource allocation. Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the project. Execution: Ensure that foundations, structural elements, plumbing, and electrical layouts are implemented as per the drawings. Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations at the site to maintain a safe working environment. Documentation: Maintain daily site logs, prepare progress reports, and record any deviations or issues. Billing & Measurement: Verify and measure quantities for billing and assist in preparing BOQs and contractor bills.
