We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer cum Draftsman with a strong background in CD design. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional architectural skills, in-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, and a great knowledge of audio, acoustics, and lighting. They should be able to create detailed construction drawings and specifications that incorporate audio, acoustics, and lighting requirements for various civil engineering projects.

*Responsibilities:*

- Create detailed construction drawings and specifications for various civil engineering projects, incorporating audio, acoustics, and lighting requirements.

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and plans.

- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design projects.

- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Proven experience in CD design and drafting.

- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.

- Strong understanding of architectural principles, civil engineering concepts, audio, acoustics, and lighting.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
