Civil Draughtsman

We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience as a Civil Draughtsman, proficient in using AutoCAD. The position is located at our head office in Andheri, and candidates should be willing to commute.

Job Description:-

Qualifications

• AutoCAD(2D/3D) course from a certified College/Institute
• I.T.I (Civil Draughtsman) Course or relevant degree/course from a certified College/Institute

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as a Draughtsman in Civil Engineering Firm for 1-2 years
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software (AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp and Revit-Architecture)
• Competitive math skills, understanding of levels and distances.
• Specific skill set on Drafting commands & Ability to meet deadlines.
• Efficient in working with Structural Engineers and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings based on rough sketches, specifications, and calculations from engineers and surveyors
• Prepare detailed drawings for infrastructure projects of RCC and steel structures such as different types of bridges (Vehicular, Railway and pedestrian)
• Operate CAD systems to create multi-dimensional layouts and detailed working drawings
• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards

Develop skills to prepare drawings, sketches, and layouts using basic drafting techniques
