The City Network Development Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding real estate sites suitable for expanding the electric mobility network. The role involves market assessment, feasibility analysis, site visits, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiation to ensure alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Key Responsibilities
1 Continuously assess market potential for network expansion in alignment with AOP
2 Source and onboard suitable real estate locations in prioritized cities
3 Negotiate and finalize on-ground commercial agreements
4 Execute agreements and ensure documentation compliance
5 Facilitate site Hand-Over-Take-Over (HOTO) to project teams
6 Conduct site visits, provide feedback, and coordinate with stakeholders for setup
