Position Overview:

Cinematographer

This role requires hands-on expertise with DSLR cameras, drones, GoPros, and advanced video editing tools. The successful candidate will demonstrate a unique visual style, a strong narrative sense, and the ability to deliver compelling, on-brand content that enhances audience engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-location cinematography for high-altitude expeditions, outdoor sports, and adventure experiences.
• Capture visually stunning, story-driven footage using DSLR cameras, drones, and GoPro equipment in challenging terrains and weather conditions.
• Translate the brand’s vision and campaign objectives into engaging visual narratives across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with expedition teams, brand managers, and creative leads to ensure consistent storytelling aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the full production lifecycle – from pre-shoot planning, location scouting, and equipment setup, to shooting and post-production editing.
• Edit raw footage into high-quality, professional video content using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Maintain technical excellence in image composition, lighting, audio, and color grading.
• Ensure content delivery on tight deadlines without compromising quality or brand aesthetics.
• Adhere to safety and environmental standards during field operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cinematographer or videographer in outdoor, high-adrenaline environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-altitude, adventure, or expedition content.
• Proficient in operating DSLR cameras, drones (with valid certification if required), and GoPros.
• Advanced editing skills using professional video editing software.
• Strong storytelling abilities and an eye for compelling visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic expedition team under physically demanding conditions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote, high-altitude locations.

Contract Duration:

6 Months (with potential for extension based on performance and project requirements)
