Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Chat Support Executive to manage credit card-related queries via live chat. The role demands excellent written communication skills, multitasking ability, and a strong sense of customer service to resolve queries on the first contact.

Job Highlights:

  • Handle credit card-related queries via live chat (dual chat platforms)
  • Assist customers with applications, billing, disputes, rewards, and more
  • Ensure first-contact resolution with a customer-first mindset
  • 5 days working with fixed weekend off
  • Night shift role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat
  • Resolve billing, application, and dispute issues accurately
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards
  • Navigate multiple systems to retrieve necessary data during chats
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for unresolved issues
  • Support cross-functional processes and escalate issues as required
