The Data Management Specialist is responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data using advanced tools and software, including SPSS, Quantum, Advanced Excel, and online dashboards. The role involves ensuring data integrity, creating insightful reports, and supporting decision-making through efficient data handling and visualization. Key Responsibilities 1.Data Management and Analysis Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources. Perform statistical analysis using SPSS and Quantum for insights and trends. Use Advanced Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, macros) for data analysis and reporting. 2.Reporting and Visualization Generate actionable insights through detailed reports and presentations. Create graphical representations of data to communicate findings effectively. 3.Data Quality and Integrity Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across platforms. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and gaps. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in SPSS for statistical analysis. Expertise in Quantum for survey data validation, tabulation and open end coding. Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, macros, and automation). Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets. Knowledge of statistical methodologies and techniques Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, BCA/MCA or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in data management or analytics Experience in survey data analysis and market research. Familiarity with Survey programming tool line Confirm-IT, Decipher.
