We’re Hiring – Channel Sales (Luxury Golf-Centric Real Estate) Location: Gurugram | Type: Full-time | Mode: On-site Sobha is looking for passionate, high-performing professionals to join our Channel Sales team for ultra-luxury golf-centric residences (₹8 Cr+ ticket size) in Gurugram. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage strong channel partner relationships • Drive qualified walk-ins and conversions • Onboard and train new channel partners • Plan & execute channel partner engagement and activation initiatives ⸻ What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales (₹8 Cr+) • Strong channel network in Gurugram, preferably golf-course micro-markets • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills • High-performance, target-driven attitude with strong ownership ⸻ This is an exciting opportunity to sell Gurgaon’s most exclusive golf-facing residences.
