Category Growth Manager

At Alle, we are building a personal AI stylist to discover, try-on & shop the best fashion ideas.

We’re hiring a Category Growth Manager to lead merchandising and category growth at Alle. This role is ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce merchandising who’s excited to reimagine fashion discovery for Gen Z. You’ll play a key role in shaping how fashion is surfaced, curated, and scaled on Alle - not through traditional playbooks, but in an AI-native way.

Full-time Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own and grow key fashion categories by driving assortment depth, selection quality, price and merchandising strategy.
• Work closely with our AI product squad to shape how styling, ranking, and product surfacing are personalised for each user.
• Collaborate with the supply team to onboard the right brands and close key selection gaps.

Requirements:

• 3-6 yrs of category mgmt. experience, preferably in fashion e-commerce
• Ability to drive GMV & transactions through commerce levers
• Strong operational instinct + openness to rethink how category ops works in an AI-native world
