What you'll do

Curate and launch daily/weekly hero banners, trend drops, and evergreen collections Build and own the commercial merchandising calendar Track click-flows, CVR, AOV, and sell-through Partner with our AI product squad to introduce dynamic, personalised slots Act as cross-functional gluebrief designers, coordinate photo/video shoots, sync inventory and pricing with Supply Chain and Buying, and share weekly insights with founders

What you bring

35 yrs e-commerce or fashion merchandising experience (beauty/fashion marketplaces a plus) Proven track record of hitting GMV or sell-through goals via homepage or app merchandising Strong analytical chopscomfortable in GA/Mixpanel/Looker, Excel/Sheets, basic SQL Eye for trend & detail; can brief designers and photographers with a clear creative vision Comfort with agile sprints and same-day pivots; thrive in a founder-led, high-velocity environment Excellent written & verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders
