Cashier/Office Attendant

Cashier will be responsible for handling all cash and bank transactions at the hotel, ensuring accuracy and efficient payment and billing service for guests. This includes processing payments, balancing the cash register, and providing excellent customer service. They also assist with various tasks related to bookings and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities of a Hotel Cashier: Processing Payments: Accurately and efficiently handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment from guests. Customer Service: Providing friendly and helpful service to guests, answering questions, and resolving any issues. Cash Handling: Balancing the cash register, counting money, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of transactions. Financial Reporting: Preparing daily cash reports and maintaining records of transactions. Cleaning and Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized front office. Compliance: Following hotel policies and procedures regarding cash handling and guest service. Other duties: I nclude accepting reservations, handling returns or exchanges, and stocking shelves.
