Presenting final bills and handling payments. Suggesting menu items and upselling to enhance the dining experience. Ensuring the dining area is clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Team Leadership & Management: Supervising and training front-of-house staff. Conducting pre-shift briefings and providing guidance to the team. Enforcing company policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to service standards. Organizing duty rosters and managing staffing levels.
