Job Description

Key Responsibilities :- Travel with SkillRath vehicle to target locations (schools and communities).Conduct awareness sessions and one-on-one counselling about ITI courses and career options. Demonstrate and explain New Age Skills equipment like drones, IoT, 3D printers, etc.Collect and document interest data from participants.Coordinate with Project Coordinator for follow-ups and event schedules.Weekly/Monthly planning and scheduling of Skillrath Movement route map.Maintenance of Skillrath and all of its equipment.Sharing important activity details on social media. Counsel the school students through skill rath (van equipped with equipment on new-age skills like IoT, drone etc.) on vocational training at ITIs Meeting with Principal of Schools in Lucknow district and get Permission for counselling of Students through Skill Rath Planning and execution of the route map of Skill Rath movement To Maintain proper documentation and maintenance of Skill Rath and Internal lab Equipment’s.Maintaining and uploading the candidate’s details on company MIS portal on time.Prepare monthly plan for counselling and trainingRegular reporting of the activities against plan Prepare and provide highlights of counselling and other project activities to project manager on a regular basis Eligibility Criteria :- Minimum qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Electronics, IT, or related field.Must have good knowledge of electronic/electrical tools and New Age Skills equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Madurai. Candidate must be Tamil speaking. Work Experience:- 1+ years experience in relevant area is preferred.
