CAD Application Engineer

As a CAD Application Engineer at our company located in Kochi/Thiruvananthapuram, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise in 3D modeling, Analysis, and software training to our clients utilizing 2D & 3D CAD platforms. Your collaboration with sales, customer success, and product teams will ensure that customers derive maximum value through efficient onboarding, training, technical support, and workflow optimization. Your key responsibilities will include offering technical consultation and software demonstrations on the CAD platforms, guiding customers through the onboarding process, collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams to showcase platform features, providing tailored design workflow solutions, conducting technical training for clients and internal teams, and acting as a liaison between users and the OEM product team to enhance product feedback. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Production, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience. Hands-on experience with 2D & 3D CAD platforms like AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor, Creo, etc., is essential. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to conduct client training, and effectively communicate technical concepts are required. This is a full-time, trainee position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role after a 6-month contract period.
