Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Cabin Crew at IndiGo Airlines located at Kochi Airport. The Cabin Crew will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights, providing exceptional customer service, conducting safety checks, assisting passengers in boarding and deplaning, and handling in-flight emergencies. Additional duties include demonstrating the use of safety equipment, serving meals and beverages, and maintaining cabin cleanliness and orderliness.

Qualifications

• Basic Knowledge in Aviation industry practices
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
