Business Development Executive - Green Gold Prime, Dhantoli, Nagpur Job Overview Green Gold Prime, a leading real estate company located in Dhantoli, Nagpur, is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary with excellent growth opportunities. Job Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the real estate sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and real estate industry trends. Present and pitch company properties and services to prospective clients. Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and follow-up. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for business expansion. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel within the region as needed. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: ₹13,000 - ₹22,000 per month, based on experience and performance. Additional incentives per sale to reward outstanding results. Flexible targets to support a balanced work approach.
