Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, etc.)

Pitch company products/services to potential clients

Follow up on leads and conduct market research

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and meet sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and presentations

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
