ensuring we meet the highest standards of speed and quality Be the go-to person for complex bids and administrative escalations, helping the team move quickly and confidently Spot opportunities to improve how we work ? from removing bottlenecks to introducing scalable, efficient processes Work closely with Sales and Project Management to deliver a seamless client experience, from first contact to project handover Keep an eye on performance ? track key metrics, celebrate wins, and share updates with senior leadership Build a team culture that values ownership, learning, and doing great work ? together Jump in on cross-team projects, share what works, and help raise the bar across the business Desired Experience: A track record of managing and growing high-performing teams Comfort working at pace ?
