Job Title: Business Head – NBFC

Location: Ahmedabad / Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Business Head to drive growth, lead operations, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Credit, and Collections.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the NBFC footprint.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI and other applicable norms).
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and financial institutions.
• Drive product innovation and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor risk management practices and ensure a robust credit assessment framework.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the financial services sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in an NBFC or banking environment.
• Strong understanding of NBFC operations, RBI regulations, lending products, and credit risk.
• Proven track record in business growth, team leadership, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
