Job Description

What You’ll Do: Run Daily Operations: Make sure the showroom opens and closes on time Keep the store clean, organised, and customer-ready Ensure customers are treated well and leave happy Step in and solve any issues if customers have complaints Check that all products are available and properly managed Handle jewellery movement between production and store safely Lead the showroom staff and guide them to perform well Train them regularly on customer handling and product knowledge Oversee billing, order tracking, and dispatch processes Make sure everyone follows the systems properly Share daily sales and customer updates with management Work with the accounts team to manage payments and records Who We’re Looking For: 5 to 10 years of experience in retail or jewellery showroom operations Experience managing a team of 10 or more people Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Tamil Must be comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and POS systems Very organized and process-focused person If interested email to careers@gloradiamonds.com
