Location: Kerala (Kochi) Department: Franchise/Business Development Experience Required: 5+ years in Franchise Development Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and growth-driven Head of Franchise Development to lead our national franchise expansion efforts. This role requires a leader who can create and execute a scalable franchise strategy, build a strong franchise partner network, and ensure operational excellence from acquisition to launch. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: Develop and lead the end-to-end franchise development strategy aligned with business growth goals. Identify high-potential markets and create a phased franchise rollout plan. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing franchise development team. Franchise Acquisition: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and onboarding of new franchise partners. Drive investor engagement through roadshows, expos, webinars, and networking events. Evaluate franchisee credentials and ensure brand alignment. Legal & Financial Structuring: Finalize commercial terms, franchise fee models, ROI projections, and business plans. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to standardize franchise agreements. Operational Handover & Support: Ensure smooth coordination with operations, training, marketing, and supply chain for franchise launch. Set up governance and audit mechanisms to ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards. Brand Stewardship: Act as the face of the franchise business with key partners and stakeholders.
