Experience: Proven experience in automotive sales , with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Leadership & Management Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of automotive products, brands, and features. Sales Techniques: Proficiency in sales techniques, including lead generation, closing deals, and customer retention. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve sales-related issues.
