Requirement for Business Engineer Business Engineer (BAs) play a crucial role in IT telecom projects by bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. Here are some of the key responsibilities of a business analyst in IT telecom projects: Role Responsibilities: Should assists in requirements gathering, documentation, requirement analysis,support design activities, change control of business needs and system impacts. Follow best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of solutions Perform process simulations. Provide process documentation (in the solution) and operating instructions (if needed). Provide training, presentation and demo to internal Qvantel Resources or Customers. Complement developed fragments (Processes that talk with BSSAPI or external systems) with required coding to patch them to the Business Processes. Identify the business needs and corresponding Qvantel BSS stack APIs to analyze the right usage of Fragments (Processes that talk with BSSAPI or external systems) & queries for building what is needed as output for Business Process. Support programs/products team to ensure that majority of the stack is Flex-ified on a day to day basis Support project coordination interms of support for testing, training and deployment Requirements: Following are the key requirements which are essential for performing the role: Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems. Excellent communication skills. Ability to persuade others to change existing practices. Clarity, precision and strong attention to details. Analytical thinker and excellent interpersonal skills. Working knowledge with JavaScript. Intermediate-expert level knowledge on BSS, BSSAPI & domains.
