We're seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Business Development and Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector 2. Develop and maintain relationships with property developers, investors, and clients 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to drive business growth. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field 2. Proven sales experience in the real estate industry, preferably with a track record of success 3. Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and industry developments 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 5.
