💼 Role Title: Business Development Partner & Executive

(Choose full-time or freelance model based on your profile and experience.)

🔹 Option 1: Business Development Executive (Full-Time | Commission-Based)

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and close projects with production houses, agencies, and OTT content creators
• Pitch post-production services (DI, Atmos, Dubbing, VFX, Editing)
• Coordinate with internal teams and oversee project execution
• Report weekly progress and maintain lead pipeline

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in media, film, OTT, or ad production
• Existing network of relevant industry contacts
• Understanding of post-production workflows
• Trial-first model with confirmation based on performance

🔹 Option 2: Business Development Partner (Freelance | Commission-Based)

Ideal for freelancers, consultants, or ex-studio professionals

Responsibilities:

• Refer or close post-production projects on behalf of Modern Cinemas
• Earn commission per project closed — no fixed hours or reporting
• Work independently under a high-trust, output-only model

Requirements:

• 3+ years in the media/post-production/content industry
• Existing relationships in the film or digital content space
• Proven ability to bring projects, not just inquiries
