Business Development Manager – Solar Division

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in solar product sales and EPC project handling. You will play a key role in generating leads, pitching solar solutions, handling project operations upon order confirmation, and visiting client sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar sector.
• Pitch solar products and EPC solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct site visits and technical assessments as part of the pre-sales process.
• Coordinate and manage project execution post-order, including liaising with technical and operations teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar product sales and EPC of solar power system installations.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, rooftop solar, and related technologies.
• Ability to manage end-to-end sales and project operations.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory; Hindi is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Self-driven with a strong sales acumen and result-oriented approach.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
