Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Guwahati for a Business Development Manager at IndiaFirst Life. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase company revenue. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in business development and client relationship management Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
