This is a full-time for a Director of Business Development at Kaav Business Solutions. The role is located in Hyderabad with some work from home flexibility. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for new business development, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management.
Minimum 10 years experiance as BDM in US or India IT Staffing Industry.
USA and/or India, APAC staffing solutions for IT and NON-IT.
We're Looking for enthusiastic and Self-driven professionals with experience in working with enterprise Clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of Business development in staffing and recruitment industry.
* Responsible for acquiring New LEADS/Requirements.
* Generate requirements from new and existing clients through prior relationship.
* Understand client requirements and needs to shortlist suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences.
* Negotiate rates with clients & candidates (if required).
* Follow up with clients on the progress of submissions made.
* Guide candidates through the interview process & closure.
* Ability to work independently & multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Thorough understanding of Implementation Partners/Prime Vendor Sales Process.
* Should have active Connection at IP/Prime Vendor level.
* Good command of the full sales/recruitment cycle in Indian Staffing.
* Proven track record in the Indian IT Staffing Industry.
a) Job Type: Onsite
b) Reporting: Must be available for reporting in US CST time for one hour.
c) 5 days working, Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off.
d) Must have good English communication skills.
