We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team as a Business Development - IT Staffing C2H. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the IT staffing domain, specifically for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. Your primary focus will be to identify new client opportunities, build relationships, and successfully close deals for IT staffing services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect for new business opportunities in the IT staffing industry, with a specific focus on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their talent needs, and presenting suitable IT staffing solutions. Must have very good contacts in IT Service Industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate acquisition and placement process. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Actively network and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote the company's services. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments to effectively communicate the value of our IT staffing solutions. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the IT staffing industry. Strong knowledge of IT staffing models, particularly Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and build relationships. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
