Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic male candidate to join our team as a Client Relationship & Lead Generation Executive . This role combines business development, lead generation, client servicing , and on-field client engagement . The ideal candidate should be proactive, personable, and organized, capable of both generating new leads and maintaining long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through various online and offline channels. Generate and qualify new leads for our services. Reach out to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social platforms. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Schedule appointments and meetings with potential and existing clients. Coordinate internally to ensure preparation for meetings and presentations. Visit clients for face-to-face meetings, presentations, and relationship building. Represent the company professionally during on-site client interactions. Requirements: Gender: Male candidates preferred (as per company policy or role nature) Proven experience in lead generation, client servicing, or sales-related roles (minimum 1-3 years preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Confident in conducting meetings and presentations both virtually and in-person.
