Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and expand our overseas education business. The BDM will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, increasing student enrollments, and driving the company’s growth in international education markets. This role requires a strong understanding of the study abroad ecosystem, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase student enrollments for study abroad programs.
• Build and manage relationships with international universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote destinations like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Conduct outreach to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and education fairs to generate leads.
• Collaborate with the counselling team to convert inquiries into successful admissions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Negotiate agreements with partner institutions and maintain long-term relationships.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in international education, visa policies, and academic offerings.
• Represent the company in webinars, education expos, and seminars.
• Prepare reports and forecasts on business development performance and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the overseas education sector.
• Strong network of contacts in the education domain (schools, colleges, universities).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, seminars, and events.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data reporting.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience working with international university representatives or education consultants.
• Understanding of student visa processes and admission requirements across key countries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
